External properties file with spring oracle jdbc and weblogic

Can anyone share working example of JNDI datasource configured in weblogic server to be accessed via Spring

and how to pass the datasource to my DAOImpl class.

I have created a folder in my domain and added it to class path by editing setDomainEnv file. But it is not getting picked up

classpath:myfolder/jdbc.properties

Googled it and not happy with the response. Pls help
