When I create a simple Spring Maven project using Spring Tool Suite .I am Getting a error in POM File

When i create a Simple Spring Maven Project using Spring Tools Suite I m getting a Error {Failure to transfer org.sonatype.forge:forge-parent:pom:5 from http://ift.tt/1eAGeW3 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. I Guess Proxy may be problem.But I need a Clear Info regarding this
