Refresh bean at runtime

I have a project based on Spring and it runs on Tomcat. When I run the project under Eclipse IDE and update some bean then Tomcat shows logs kind of the application context is trying to reload yourself. But it's not working. The bean which I try to update is Singleton. For this reason I have to reload Tomcat server. Is there any solution how can I re-instantiate bean at run-time?
