Spring Form Properties issues

I'm using spring framework. I have created one registration form. then I want to change form field properties,hide field and add new field in form. I'm suffering this problem. Please help me any one. Customize forms (change field properties, hide, read only) Custom Fields, (Add fields to FORM)
