Spring ROO generated files not recognized by the editor after updating

I have a maven project with roo nature. I was running Springsource Toolsuite (STS) 3.6.3.RELEASE and everything was working fine. Now I updated (3.6.4.RELEASE) and suddenly my generated roo files (e.g. generated with @RooJavaBean) are not recognized in the class. So the files are generated correctly and the project seems to compile and work as it should, however in the editor i see errors and warnings.

I tried to clean, update dependencies, update project etc. but nothing seems to help. I dont know where to start looking, so if anyone has a clue on why this happened and how to fix it I would appreciate the tip. Thanks in advance!
