add chat window in existing application withought change in existing application jsp spring

i have an oracle EBS application currently runing ,i want to add chat functionality to this applicatio ,so i crated an chat application using spring mvc to integrate it with Ebs application need changes(include jsp file) in existing jsp but i do not want to change in existing application.now i want any thing like plugin or some thing else so that i can show chat window throught the application without adding code in existing jsp

please help me...
