"Referenced bean not found" Spring warning in eclipse

I get the following error in Referenced bean 'sysprops' not found [config set: project/web-context]. The bean 'sysprops' is defined in the application context XML and it is referenced in the front controller servlet context XML.

Also, my project is a Gradle one. If there's a workaround, like a setting in Eclipse, how can I do this in the Gradle build, so on the next import I don't lose that setting.
