Java EE web Application for website like ebay

I am going to develop a Java EE web application for online selling and buying website like ebay. So, at this point I want to know how can I start this project with Eclipse or Intellij IDEA. I don't have an idea about what is the application server that I need to use (Whether It is Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic or Glassfish etc.). Also, I observed that there are many technologies are related to java EE, such as Ant, Maven, Apache Axis 2 web service, JSP, servlet, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JPA,JMS, JDBC,JTA etc. So, I need to know how can I start the project and what technologies and servers will fulfill my requirements.

Since I am begineer for Java EE development, I also want know good tutorial for start to learn, in the internet there are so many tutorials are available but I can't figure out which one if prefer for me.
